Cancelling an order and refunds |
| All orders are processed immediately after they are submitted. However, you can decide not to accept an order placed on the website if you consider the quantities of products delivered were not correct or any quality problem, cracks or imperfections in the products delivered. The amount paid for the order will be refunded once the product is returned to our distributors and suppliers without being unpacked. Once the recipient accepts the products or signs the delivery the value of the goods is not refundable unless the damage, imperfections or breaks are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. | |
In this case, if the goods cannot be replaced, we will refund the total amount paid for that product. The return transaction to the customer may not exceed the original transaction amount and it can only be done to the card used. To obtain a refund, you must supply a valid email address to support@carlostercero.ca. This website will not be liable to any claim for an incorrect email address provided. |
| Claims for fraudulent charges to the card | |
All claims for fraudulent card charges are investigated by our legal and risk control departments. If you make a claim for fraud or non- authorized use of your card, it will be reported to the card service in question.
